Amber Foster-Allen graduated from the University of Arizona with a double major in Television and Radio Communications and Theology. Over 30 years ago, after working in sales at KVOA in Tucson, Arizona, she left and started Foster Advertising. She knew that in order to bring her clients the most success, she needed to be able to offer them more diverse advertising opportunities. Hand in hand with 27 business owners, all of whom wanted to partner with her new agency, she hit the ground running. By working closely with all types of media, Foster Advertising was able to bring those clients a whole new level of success.
